Co-op Tradeshows
Evan-Moor will sponsor dealers wishing to display and sell Evan-Moor products at educational trade shows.
Show allowances need to be pre-approved by your Sales Consultant, and should include name of show, cost of booth, date,
and location.
Evan-Moor will reimburse up to our proportional share of the booth with a Product Credit Voucher upon receiving copies of receipts. A show stocking order is required that is equal to three times the value of Evan-Moor's proportional share of the booth rental.
Cooperative Advertising
Cooperative allowances may also be used to purchase Evan-Moor racks, promotional materials (i.e., Samplers, Workshops),
and Evan-Moor catalogs.
Guidelines for Cooperative Advertising Allowances
The cooperative advertising allowance is 2% of last calendar year’s net
volume on purchases direct from Evan-Moor. The cooperative catalog
allowance for catalog companies is 5% of last calendar year’s net volume
on purchases direct from Evan-Moor. Only one of these two allowances can
be claimed; they cannot be combined. Co-op allowances will be issued as a
credit to your account. All catalog page allowances and teacher/trade show
allowances must be preapproved and will be paid upon receiving copies of
receipts. All catalog co-op requests must be accompanied by sample pages
showing our product. Additionally, cooperative advertising allowance may
be used to purchase Evan-Moor racks, promotional materials, and Evan-
Moor catalogs.
Teacher Show/Trade Show Allowances
Evan-Moor will sponsor dealers wishing to display and sell Evan-Moor
product at teacher shows. Show allowances need to be preapproved by
your sales consultant and are only available to dealers in good standing.
We require a show stocking order that is equal to three times the value of
Evan-Moor’s share of the booth rental. Evan-Moor will reimburse up to
our proportional share of the booth with a Product Credit Voucher, upon
receiving copies of receipts.
